Key Features

  • All-In-One Maintenance: Provides a complete fuel system overhaul including the carburetor, air filter, spark plug, and fuel lines to restore engine performance and starting reliability.
  • Pre-Adjusted Settings: Most units come factory-calibrated to baseline settings for Poulan engines, though minor "H" and "L" adjustments may be required for local altitude.
  • High-Flow Air Filtration: Includes a premium foam or felt air filter designed to block fine sawdust and debris from entering the engine's intake.
  • Fuel Line Versatility: Features multiple diameters of high-grade Tygon-style fuel tubing that resists swelling and hardening when used with ethanol-blended fuels.
  • Precision Gaskets: Manufactured with non-asbestos sealing gaskets to ensure a vacuum-tight connection between the carburetor and the engine cylinder.

Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers

  • Zama: C1Q-W8, C1Q-W14, C1Q-W14A.
  • Walbro: WT-891, WT-324, WT-600, WT-624, WT-625, WT-637, WT-662.

Compatibility & Fitment

This kit is a universal fit for a massive range of Poulan, Poulan Pro, and Sears Craftsman 33cc to 42cc chainsaws. Key compatible models include:

  • Poulan Series: 1900, 1950, 1975, 2050, 2055, 2150, 2175, 2350, 2375, 2450, 2550.
  • Wild Thing: Fits the popular Poulan 2375 "Wild Thing" and "Woodshark" models.
  • Poulan Pro: PP210, PP220, PP221, PP230, PP260, 262.
  • Craftsman: Fits many 33cc, 34cc, 36cc, 38cc, and 42cc chainsaws (e.g., 358791520).

When to Replace

  • Hard Starting: The engine requires excessive pulls to start or will only start when fuel is poured directly into the air intake.
  • Stalling at High RPM: The saw starts and idles but dies as soon as you pull the trigger (indicates a clogged high-speed jet or stiff internal diaphragms).
  • Fuel Leaks: Gas is visible around the carburetor body or leaking from the primer bulb and cracked fuel lines.
  • Surging Idle: The engine speed fluctuates wildly at idle, often caused by an air leak through a dried-out intake gasket.
  • Bogging Under Load: The saw lacks the power to cut through wood despite having a sharp chain, indicating an improper fuel-to-air ratio.

Installation Tips

  • Clean the Area: Use compressed air or a brush to clean the sawdust away from the air box before removing the old carburetor to prevent dirt from falling into the engine.
  • Note the Routing: Take a photo of the fuel line routing and throttle linkage connections before disassembly. One line is the "Fuel Intake" (with filter) and the other is the "Primer Return."
  • Fuel Line Sizing: If the lines feel too tight to slide through the tank holes, cut the end of the line at a sharp angle (tapered) and use needle-nose pliers to pull it through from the inside.
  • Adjustment: If the engine bogs, turn the "L" (Low speed) screw counter-clockwise by 1/8 turn. If the chain spins at idle, turn the "T" (Idle speed) screw counter-clockwise.
  • Fresh Fuel: Always drain old, stabilized fuel and use a fresh 40:1 or 50:1 (as per your manual) 2-cycle mix after installing a new carburetor to prevent immediate clogging.

Great Product, 2 years and running!
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
It’s been almost 2 years and my dogs haven’t destroyed them yet. I have a Pitbull and a Pit/Cosro mix. They destroy every toy we’ve given them, except these toys. Great product 100% worth the money

Perfect for HEAVY chewers
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
My dog is a heavy chewer. Destroys everything that’s not very hard rubber, hard plastic, or hard material. He LOVES this ball. I think it’s his favorite. Plus, it bounces great so you can play with your dog. Very well constructed- probably indestructible or will at least last a very long time. Easily worth the money.

The only toy my dogs can’t destroy and love
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
I am thrilled to have found one toy my dogs don’t destroy immediately. They have torn up Fenrir hammers, the black kongs of all sizes, the monster k9 stick, nylabones, and they don’t like the goughnut at all (it stinks like a bad tire). This is the first one they both love and haven’t been able to destroy immediately. It does allow little tooth marks, but that’s what makes it fun for them. They are very happy playing with it and I’d say this one was worth every dollar. Update Months Later: We’ve gone through 2/3 now. I got two initially, and one has lasted long term. They still haven’t completely destroyed it. They did destroy a second one quickly so I suspect a flaw in it. They sent me a new one and they took a while, but they did destroy the third to the point we had to throw it away. Despite that, one still remains and our dogs still love it. It’s still the best for the money compared to others. We have two Bully XL’s that are each close to 100 pounds.

Indestructible
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
This is actually indestrutible! Be careful though, it's wicked hard/heavy. It isn't a ball you want banging into things. Use outside!!

Not indestructible, but the best I’ve found
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable, Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
This thing is unexpectedly heavy for its size. My 18 month old Giant Schnauzer is obsessed with fetch but destroys every ball she gets. The other brands marketed for extreme chewers tend to last about a day or two before they’re totally shredded. She’s had this one for about 2 weeks and it’s looking rough, but still holding together for the most part. I appreciate that as it comes apart it does so in little pieces rather than large chunks. While it’s far from indestructible, it’s the strongest I’ve found so far.
