A dose is more than one pill so you need to take it throughout the day

I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4.
The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.

I’ve been taking these NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a reliable and gentle way to boost daily fiber intake. Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with.
I noticed improvements in regularity within the first week, without any harsh cramping or urgency that some fiber products can cause. These really help with digestive comfort and maintaining a steady rhythm. One thing to keep in mind is that you do need to take several capsules per serving to get the full fiber benefit, so the bottle can go quicker than expected if you’re using them daily.
