Is it good for very small detail? No

How can I achieve the layer look? You can knockout the two layers from each other in your vector program. Both glitter vinyls need to be pressed onto the shirt, not on top of each other.

Can I layer Glitter on top of other vinyl? Yes, Siser Glitter can be on the top layer when layer. We always advise to test press.

Can I layer other vinyl or products on top of Glitter? No.
