Salty Kiwi

Sodium chloride (Lake Deborah Salt, magnesium gluconate, natural kiwi flavour, malic acid, potassium chloride, tartaric acid, silica, organic stevia.

However, it's not as simple as extracting oil from a fruit and adding into our electrolyte blend. It needs to be combined with small amount of a carrier ingredient to hold the flavouring. The carrier that is most commonly used in supplements and health foods is maltodextrin, known for its taste, mixability and product performance. 
The small amount of maltodextrin found in our natural flavouring is a starch from corn, made by a process called hydrolysis, which breaks down the starch from corn.
