This kit provides 3.5 inches of front lift and 3.0 inches of rear lift, allowing for wheel and tire combinations up to 37 inches while maintaining the smooth original equipment manufacturer (OEM) ride and drivability. The kit includes 3.5 inch powder-coated steel coil spring spacers with sound isolators, front shock extensions, and an OEM-style panhard drop bracket. It also features front bump stop extensions, sway bar frame mount spacers, radius arm drop brackets, a carrier bearing spacer, and OEM-style 5.0 inch Rear Lift Blocks for a great looking mild lift system that maintains your factory ride. When used with the maximum size tires, the F250 truck body is raised over 6 inches.

Compatibility Notes
- Fits Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350, and F-450 4WD trucks from 2011 to 2016.
- This kit is for use on trucks with a two-piece drive shaft. If you have a one-piece drive shaft, use kit 69-2538.
- Diesel engines only. Does not fit the 6.2 liter GASOLINE engine. Gas engine trucks will sit nose high.
- Single Rear Wheel Trucks ONLY.
- Not compatible with TREMOR editions.
- The lift blocks in this kit are not designed to work with aftermarket or factory add-on air spring/load leveling kits that attach to the bump stop tangs.
- NOTE: Tow Package vehicles may require longer U-bolts or removal of top overload springs.

best sleep aid I have found

this is the best sleep aid I have found. This dissolves under the tongue, goes right into your system and I take two of them every night. They do not work like a sleeping pill and knock you out immediately--- they are natural and take longer plus I feel you need time to get them in your system and feel a difference. Therefore I did not expect immediate results. I have had insomnia for years so I took them for a couple of months when I started noticing the most effect. Now when I take them and let them dissolve under my tongue I know that in about 30 minutes or less I will start to feel drowsy and will naturally go to sleep. Over time I have felt my sleep has deepened and now I rarely awaken during the night. By the way, in the beginning of my search to solve my insomnia problem, I tried taking the melatonin pills that you just swallow but did not get the same results that I have gotten with these that I put under my tongue. Excellent company and excellent product.

Melatonin is produced in humans by the pineal gland. It's a favorite of travelers and helps support restful sleep.
We take 1 lozenge at bedtime and let it dissolve. These are great tasting Orange Flavored Lozenges. We only use them at bedtime. And they're just for adults.

Melatonin is useful for sleep in many situations...

I have a chronic insomnia problem and I find that melatonin helps. Keep in mind that it will not help if you have something seriously wrong with you such as a chronic pain problem that is keeping you awake. It's not strong enough to overcome that. But it does help with jet lag and it does help with some sleep conditions. You must use it correctly; unfortunately some physicians write that you only need the tiniest dose; others write that you need a higher dose. It is wise to follow a program for sleep hygiene: google "sleep hygiene" and you'll get some good results. I follow ALL of their suggestions and it has helped. The most important thing for me has been to block out light. I leave the lights on low starting at 6 PM. I take the melatonin at 8 PM, some take it earlier. There is no quick-fix for sleep problems but if you keep working at it and you're disciplined, you can find some relief. By the way, if you're not sleeping because of pain and other disturbing symptoms from fibromyalgia (I have it), you need to investigate The Guaifenesin Protocol developed by Dr. R. Paul St. Amand in Marina Del Rey, California. My life was a misery before I found this doctor and started his protocol. I was, in fact, bedridden. I have now regained my life. Source Naturals Melatonin is useful because it does not contain mint (which blocks guaifenesin) and the sublingual form is rapidly absorbed without being destroyed by stomach acid. It is not easy to find but Amazon has it and at the best price.

Simple. Effective. Good value

So I prefer chewable that dissolve easily but these are have a slower process. The flavor is mild and pleasing. You can chew them but the texture is more like aspirin I let them melt away and within an hour or so get drowsy. I feel a clean effect from these the dosage 2.5 is good and I dream well with this product that for me is usually the test of how effective it is so A for this one!

Works well - how fast depends on the person taking it so timing when it's taken is important.

This helps both of my kids get to sleep more easily at night. My oldest has ADHD and HAS to have melatonin to calm his mind enough to actually rest and sleep. My youngest who is 4 1/2 also needs a little help and always has. My cousins husband is a sleep scientist and I guess he has said that it's best to not give it any earlier than 1-2 hours before bed. However, I will say that for my oldest it takes about an hour to work so that is fine. For my youngest it takes only 15 minutes and then he is absolutely groggy and can't even finish dinner. So I HAVE to wait until 15 minutes before bed for my youngest. I will say that I notice my youngest gets a little cranky when he takes it but that could be just from pure exhaustion all of a sudden and the irritability for being so fatigued so quickly. Again, we just managed that by giving it to him only 15 minutes before its time for bed. Seems to work well.
