Initially I had installed non-genuine Lexus filter, which the seller claims it fits Lexus RX. That filter fits (kinda). After installing the air-filter and closing the lid, I could see the edge of the filter because the lid did not close tightly. I am not a mechanic, but I was concerned. Although I spent total $40, for the peace of my mind, it's the money well spent.
