The SN159-XL12 50 mm Series is an XL Performance super venturi nozzle with a robust construction. The extended super venturi design increases abrasive particle velocity, enabling higher production rates than standard venturi nozzles of the same bore size. Air requirements remain comparable, allowing increased productivity without additional air consumption or compressor upgrades.
The BP200 SiAlON liner provides high wear resistance compared to silicon carbide and standard silicon nitride, while offering a lower weight than tungsten carbide alternatives. The reduced weight improves handling during prolonged blasting operations. An aluminium jacket and aluminium threads provide a strong, corrosion-resistant construction suitable for demanding industrial environments.
All SN159-XL12 nozzles feature an extended overall length of 12" (305 mm), supporting increased abrasive acceleration and venturi efficiency. With 50 mm thread compatibility, the series integrates directly with standard nozzle holders and is suited for high-output surface preparation where efficiency, weight and durability are critical.
