I did not leave the cap open and when not in use, stored vertically so the tip is pointing down (good habits for such products). Two uses and it was like it was empty. I could get a stroke here and there, but it just kept giving less and less. Maybe I did something wrong, but I've been on the hunt for a good brow pen and have tried many - I know the do's and dont's. I'm so so soo bummed because it was amazing and so relieving for the brief moment I was able to use it. I thought my search was over. I may try it again - maybe it was a fluke.. but this is a great pen if it can actually provide more than a couple uses.

Repurchasing this once every 2 months at the price is not a negative in my opinion. I did not have any trouble with the tip drying out while applying until 2 weeks ago which is your sign that it's time to purchase a fresh pen. I will continue to purchase this product for as long as they make it.
