Notre vinaigre balsamique PIZZICO 1997MC est une symphonie de saveurs. Il n’est jamais ni trop corsé, acide, ou sucré. Avec son bouquet agréable et son goût rempli de douceurs, il peut être utilisé dans une grande variété de plats, y compris comme garniture sur une crème glacée à la vanille ou simplement accompagné d’huile d’olive et de pain frais.
