Bolzi™ is the latest and greatest new microsphere formula coating we have applied to our premium range XO fly lines. Bolzi™ offers the ultimate slickness ensuring a smooth run of the line in casting and high buoyancy, resulting in a high and steady floating of the fly line all the way to the tip. Together with the polyurethane based fly line, Bolzi™ technology offers long lasting constancy in variable weather conditions and an environmentally friendly choice compared to PVC lines.
XO 85 is the upgraded offspring of our highest selling fly line Vibe 85. The taper is the same short head design that loads the fly rod easily, making the XO 85 the perfect line for short-to-medium length casts in tight spaces. The coating is the latest and greatest Bolzi™ technology. Bolzi™ is the slickest and most high floating coating we have ever used in our lines. The tip is the most crucial part in a floating line as it has the least material. Bolzi™ ensures the tip floats really well when it’s new, and more importantly, even after it’s been used. Our new coating is also really stable in different conditions, as some lines float better in certain circumstances and less in others. Bolzi™ floats in all circumstances.
