The line trimmer head cuts up to 38cm, and is supplied with 2.4mm line, but the line feed head is capable of housing line up to 3mm in diameter. This means you can use thicker line when working on more stubborn areas. The three-sided blade is comprised of steel and has a cutting width of 30cm – enabling you to get even closer to hard-to-reach areas. The RTX2300 rotocut head (sold separately) will also attach to this tool, giving you even more flexibility. When it comes to operation, the STX3800 is equipped with a variable speed trigger, this means you have full control over speed and power, therefore able to work more efficiently.
