RALEIGH, Sir Walter. The Poems of Sir Walter Raleigh: Now First Collected. With a biographical & critical Introduction by Sir Egerton Brydges, K. J. Printed at the Private Press at Lee Priory: By Johnson and Warwick. 1813.

Large 4to. Later full calf, rebacked, retaining most of the original spine with raised bands, lettered in gilt, boards ornamented in bling, marbled endpapers; pp. viii, the initial two blank], 37, [3], 70, [2, index], two (different) title-pages in red and black, the first with wood-engraved vignette, all pages within typographical triple-rules; light spotting only to the final gathering, otherwise a crisp copy.

First edition, one of only 100 copies printed. "This was the first attempt to collect into one volume, all the poetical pieces said to have been written by Sir W. Raleigh" (Brushfield). "Sir Egerton Brydges (1762-1837) was an English bibliographer, antiquary, genealogist, Member of Parliament, and one of the original members of the Roxburghe Club. At his home he set up the Lee Priory Press in 1813 and enticed Johnson (the author of 'Typographica') & Warwick, who had worked for Bensley, to work for him to produce "reprints of some of the most curious tracts of former days, in which there shall be an attempt to add beauty of typography and wood-engraving. The books have an agreeable elegance, and at the time of their publication they were highly admired" (Roderick Cave, Pivate Press).

Brushfield, Raleigh, 280.

real good
Format: Kindle
This was a solid read for the ABO universe. The characters are great. The smut scenes were well written. And the town is so cute I want to go there. It didn’t have much character development it just felt like I was getting to the characters as they were getting to know each other.

So sweet
Format: Kindle
It’s so unexpectedly sweet that it sneaks up on you. Each character is so unique and charming. I love the openness and honesty among their pack. It really blows me away how wonderful this omegaverse trope plays out. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Needs editing
Format: Kindle
Cute storyline and promising characters, but the lack of editing is painful to read. I would love to read an edited version.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
