I would call this a size Small. I'm typically a XS - Small on top with a 27 inches waist and 37 inch hip. I would be able to put a medium weight sweater under this and still be comfortable. Most important places to pay attention to for size are the armpit holes, width across the chest, waist width and neck hole width.
