Traditionally used by Indian farmers to identify their livestock, each bell is tuned to produce a distinctive chime. Made from recycled metals, artisans in the desert Kutch region manually cut and hammer the metal to hand-shape the bells, then coat them in powdered brass and copper before firing in kilns. Each rustic bell is then tuned to reveal a rich, unique sound like no other bell.

Great as garden décor! These bells are also known as Noah or cow bells. They are hand tuned to perfection with a calming meditative sound.

NOTE from our supplier: Our bells are made using upcycled metals. Artisans collect metal scraps and upcycle them to make these bells. Due to the recycle nature of metal we cannot be 100% certain of the metal used. Due to that uncertainty, we were advised to add this legal language in order to protect us and our CA retailers due to Prop 65 requirements. It is more of a legal protection mechanism out of caution. We also did testing on the metals last year and no lead was found, so the product is safe for use and does not pose any harm to our retailers, consumers, or artisans.
