In 2022, Jubilee owner and founder (Kahina Van Dyke) commissioned him to realize her vision of an Oak Bluffs Toile Wallpaper to highlight and archive historic sites of Oak Bluffs. Kahina was inspired by the iconic locations and the prolific 19th century photography of Victorian Oak Bluffs

The wallpaper, originally designed to hang in the hotels of the Inkwell Haven, featured two of her historic hotel properties highlighting the unique and powerful presence of the African American summer community. The wall mural debuted in Jubilee with the 2023 launch of her store on Circuit Avenue.

It is an honor to create a space that allows reflection, celebration and education about the rich contributions of the diverse community of Oak Bluffs. Norsworthy's vision embodies beauty, depth, and cultural resonance, elevating narratives through art and design evoking powerful feelings of rememberence, faith and dignity.
