Description

Imagine the bright full moon shining through hazy night clouds against the dark sky.  Silver stars twinkle around. The ocean beneath reflects a track of moonlight on the gentle ocean waves - a perfect moonglade. Soft piano music plays in the background. You contemplate deeply philosophical questions such as who you are, what your purpose is, and who dragged a piano to the beach? Seriously, that thing will have sand everywhere!

This yarn is inspired by moonglade, a word that means "the bright reflection of the moon's light on an expanse of water". The kit includes three skeins: a dark "night sky", a "sky blending to the ocean" medium, and a light "moonlight" color. For the darkest color you have the option of adding a gorgeous expanse of stars to your "night sky" with our Silver Sparkle base (use the "Stars in the sky" option)! 

About the yarn

Base: This kit is offered on either the Merino Twist (100% superwash Merino), or the Socktastic (75% superwash Merino, 25% nylon) base.
Starry sky: The "Stars in the sky" option replaces the base for the darkest skein with Silver Sparkle (75% superwash Merino, 20% nylon, 5% silver stellina).
