Xenoestrogens are chemicals and compounds from outside of the body, then when ingested or absorbed, act as weak estrogens in the body. Not to be confused with phytoestrogens from food that sometimes have health benefits, xenoestrogens are chemicals found in everyday personal care products, cookware, plastics, flame retardants applied to mattresses and furniture, and, in general, almost everywhere else you can imagine! We can ingest and absorb xenoestrogens every single time we smell chemical fumes, handle receipts from the grocery or department store, drink out of plastic bottles, eat out of plastic or styrofoam storage containers… even sleeping on your 10 year old or brand new memory foam mattress might expose you to these insidious chemicals.

Xenoestrogens can Lead to Estrogen Dominance

Xenoestrogens can lead to you body producing excess estrogen. FAQs

What time of day should I take EstroProtect? Should I take it with or without meals?

EstroProtect can be taken at any time of day, with or without meals. I generally have my patients take 2 capsules with breakfast or lunch. If you decide to take it between meals, be sure to have a full glass of water with the capsules.

Is EstroProtect appropriate for teenage girls?

Yes, EstroProtect can be taken by teenage girls, however, I recommend speaking with their physician or endocrinologist to determine if Estroprotect is the right choice for her individual circumstances.

Can men also use EstroProtect? 

Absolutely! Men can also be challenged with a form of estrogen dominance. My EstroProtect formula was also formulated in order to help men overcome estrogen dominance and strike a healthy hormonal balance. Estroprotect will support detoxification, body composition goals, and healthy estrogen metabolism in men just as it does in women! 

Is EstroProtect appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

I generally do not recommend using my EstroProtect formula while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please speak with your qualified healthcare provider before making the decision to use EstroProtect while pregnant or nursing.
