APW RCW-7SP Description

Constructed with a stainless steel housing and well, the APW RCW-7SP soup warmer is built for a lifetime of use in a busy establishment. It's suitable for wet operation but can also be used dry without damaging the unit. Able to reach temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit, this warmer is ideal for steam heating applications, while its low-watt density element ensures uniform heating.

The APW RCW-7SP countertop soup warmer is useful for rethermalizing, holding, and serving soup, chili, and chowder. Thermostatic controls ensure that temperature fluctuations are kept to a minimum for reliable food warming. To reduce condensation and dripping, the warmer is constructed with a raised marine liner edge.
