The Luce Series presents smaller body shapes, such as the OM, which are easier to hold and play while offering a balanced sound. The L100OCF-CED boasts a solid red cedar top paired with mahogany back and sides, producing a warm, resonant tone. Its black satin finish, ivory binding, rosette, and pickguard offer a timeless, understated elegance with a modern touch. Equipped with Fishman S-Core pickups and Presys electronics, this model provides versatile sound options, making it ideal for both stage and studio performances.
The orchestra model has a smaller body compared to a dreadnought, but with a wider string spacing of 1 ¾” (45mm) at the nut. This compact, cutaway design, along with the spacious string spacing, makes it perfect for fingerstyle players and ensures comfort for extended playing sessions, regardless of the player’s size.
The solid red cedar top is highly regarded for its warm, rich tonal quality and remarkable resonance. When combined with mahogany back and sides, this configuration produces a balanced sound with a warm midrange, suited for a wide range of playing styles from gentle fingerpicking to vibrant strumming.
The ivory binding and rosette add a touch of classic elegance, enhancing the guitar’s visual charm. The matching ivory pickguard not only protects the top but also enhances its timeless appearance, echoing vintage acoustic designs.
