The straight bar has a robust steel construction, a rotating attachment part and rubberised handles. As a result, it fulfils its function well when performing exercises. It is ideal for pull-ups and rowing for the back muscles, arm extension for the triceps, arm bending for the biceps and many other exercises performed on the cable machine. The straight bar allows you to isolate individual muscle parts during exercises, which promotes muscle mass growth. Training on the cable machine with the bar increases the strength and endurance of the muscles of the upper body. The cable attachment is suitable for all cable machines and rotates 360 degrees, so that your wrists always stay in a comfortable position during exercise. Awesome cases! They really are cool to the touch. I didn’t sleep hot at all. I have a “cut-out” memory foam pillow, and this stretched around it perfectly. It is flexible enough that it doesn’t impede with the cut out. And while the material is “silky,” it doesn’t slide around the pillow while sleeping on it. The zipper feature is perfect. I washed and dried per the tag instructions and they washed very well. Super happy.

AMAZING - LOVE THESE!

I've been using these pillow cases for more than 6 months and LOVE them. They are well made, no wrinkling, fraying or wearing out, even with a weekly washing. I love the zippers on them, my pillows fits perfectly in the case and don't constantly escape from the case overnight. They definitely perform as described: they keep me cool at night and don't smell and actually don't make a mess of my hair. I bought an extra one and put it on a pillow I keep close to my body which helps me from overheating during the night. They are a great value for the price, I wish I could get top sheets in the same style as these and I'd be in heaven!
