La Cabronita style guitar bodies inspired by the big F's modern take on the classic Telecaster. Retaining the iconic Tele shape while introducing a stripped-back, performance-focused configuration, these bodies are designed for builders looking for a clean, versatile platform with a more contemporary edge.

Compatibility

Manufactured to vintage Telecaster dimensions, these bodies are fully compatible with genuine Fender necks (MIA, MIM, MIJ) as well as our own Telecaster-compatible necks. The neck pocket dimensions match Fender specifications, ensuring a secure fit and straightforward installation.

Alder Guitar Body

Constructed from alder, a tonewood widely used for its balanced and resonant tonal characteristics. Its closed-pore structure delivers clear highs, defined mids, and a controlled low end, making it suitable for a wide range of playing styles and pickup configurations.

Cabronita Routing

These bodies are routed for dual Filter’Tron-style pickups, staying true to the original La Cabronita concept. This configuration offers a unique tonal profile compared to traditional Telecaster setups, while maintaining a clean and minimalist aesthetic.

Bridge Compatibility

Designed for use with a hardtail bridge featuring 52.5mm string spacing. Bridge mounting holes are not pre-drilled, allowing you to select and position your preferred bridge without limitation. Check the compatibility tab above for suitable bridges!

String-Through Construction

String-through body design improves sustain and tuning stability. Ferrule holes are drilled to vintage specification and are compatible with standard Telecaster-style ferrules.

Minimalist Layout

The La Cabronita design removes the traditional Telecaster control plate in favour of a simplified control layout, resulting in a cleaner appearance and more direct wiring options.

Finish Options

Available unfinished or in durable polyurethane finishes. Polyurethane provides a hard-wearing, high-gloss surface that resists scratches and maintains its appearance over time.

Built with the same attention to detail and compatibility standards as all Northwest Guitars products, these La Cabronita style bodies offer a reliable and flexible foundation for your next custom build.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
