Whole-bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, the wine ages 12 months in barrel (20% new oak) followed by 6 months in tank before bottling un-fined and unfiltered—yielding a structured, mineral-driven Chardonnay with stone fruit, citrus, and chalky precision characteristic of the upper-slope parcels.
