This is made using the turbid mash method in the style of traditional Lambic producers. Here, the wort (unfermented beer) was fermented with Foxwhelp juice and cider lees (active cider yeast) in old oak barrels for 10 months - a true union of traditional cider making and beer brewing techniques. It was bottled in 2021 and finished in the bottle. The resulting blend was dry-hopped with whole cone Amarillo.

Please leave upright for 24 hours before serving and pour gently to ensure sediment remains in the bottle.
