Buy Master of Command Steam (PC) - Steam CD Key - GLOBAL - Overview Master of Command is a real-time tactical strategy game set during the Seven Years' War. You take control of an army, manage its supplies, engage enemy forces, and shape your campaign through difficult choices and decisive battles. Every encounter, every piece of equipment, and every soldier lost matters. Key Features: Real-Time Tactical Battles: Engage in historical combat where morale, stamina, terrain, and timing determine the outcome. Fully Customizable Regiments: Equip your troops with historical equipment and weapons that affect accuracy, stamina, morale, and more. Real-Time Campaign: Choose a region and enter a fully real-time map with fog of war, branching encounters, and a mobile enemy presence. Persistent Army Management: Every loss matters. Units gain experience, officers level up, and your choices carry across each region of the campaign. 150 Historical Units: Recruit from an extensive roster of 18th-century European forces, each with unique stats, roles, and visuals. At its core, Master of Command is about the relationship between your army and the world around it. March too far and your men will starve. Rest too long and the enemy will reinforce. Your troops rely on you not just to lead them into battle, but to keep them fed, equipped, and alive long enough to reach the final objective. Intense Battles Battles in Master of Command are immersive, tactical, and unforgiving. Combat is designed to feel grounded and brutal. Troops respond to pressure, breaking when outflanked, faltering when exhausted, and rallying when supported. Morale, stamina, and formation matter as much as numbers. A well-timed charge or tactical retreat can change the course of a fight. Victory often goes not to the larger force, but to the commander who managed their troops with discipline and resolve. Unit Customization Equip your regiments with historical equipment and weapons to shape their strengths and weaknesses. Regiments aren’t expendable; they are comprised of a living group of men relying on what you’ve given them. Outfit your line infantry with rifles for long-range precision, cylindrical ramrods for faster reloads, or field musicians to steady their morale under fire. Customize their flags and uniforms to reflect your unit's identity or design something entirely unique. Supplies wear down, resources are limited, and every army ends up looking different by the time the campaign is through. Build a Grand Army Start with a handful of worn recruits and grow into a force worth fearing. Every army in Master of Command tells a different story. You choose which units to recruit, which officers to promote, and which regiments are worth keeping alive. Some armies are lean and elite, built around veteran grenadiers and cavalry. Others are ragged but massive, relying on sheer numbers and momentum. Officers gain experience over time, and their traits influence how your divisions fight. Procedural Campaign Every region is different, and every march is unpredictable. After marching your army into a region, you’ll enter a procedurally generated landscape, obscured by the fog of war and navigated in real-time. Your goal is to locate and destroy the enemy’s main encampment. What lies between you and that objective is different every time: villages, ambushes, battlefield wreckage, wounded survivors, or roaming enemy forces. Terrain affects how fast your army moves, how quickly provisions are consumed, and what kind of battlefield you'll face if attacked. Enemy armies react to your presence, sometimes pursuing, other times reinforcing, or lying in wait. No two campaigns unfold the same way, and no two armies you've led end up alike. 150 Historical Units Every army brings its own doctrine and its own identity. With over 150 hand-crafted units from five major European powers, Master of Command lets you build armies that feel distinct and historically grounded. Each unit has its own stats, role, and personality on the battlefield. Some reload quickly, others hit hard in melee, and a few simply refuse to break. Your roster is shaped by the army you choose and the decisions you make along the way. Notable units include: Prussian Grenadier Guards Austrian Deutschmeister Fusiliers Russian Don Cossacks British Highland Grenadiers French Royal Scots Fusiliers Prussian Death's Heads Hussars Austrian Kaiser Franz Hussars Russian Preobrazhenskiy Life Guards British Campbell's Highlanders French Swiss Guards Recruit and Trade Your army is only as strong as the men and resources you can find. Throughout the campaign, you’ll pass through towns and villages offering a chance to recruit fresh troops, trade for supplies, or offload captured equipment. Some locations specialize in certain goods: artillery, munitions, horses, or officers, while others are picked clean or too wary to help. Prices shift based on your actions and reputation. Raiding a settlement might keep your army alive a little longer, but it’ll close doors elsewhere. Managing your resources is just as important as winning battles, and a poorly timed shortage can grind a campaign to a halt. Strategize, survive, and lead your men to glory. Become the Master of Command.

Shorts
Color: Sky Blue, Size: 36
Love these shorts, I was very happy with the look, color, weight, and fabric quality. Great value. I wish they had a light pink color in the same style and fabric.

Practicality First
Color: Brown/Black, Color: Brown/Black
This is a simple, no frills watch from a well regarded brand. It has good water resistance, good durability, and high accuracy. If all you need is a way to tell the time that won’t fail you, buy this watch. As it’s solar powered, it doesn’t need to be wound or have a battery replaced or charged in the foreseeable future. This longevity and low effort maintenance was the most important feature for me, and part of why I chose this over a digital watch (along with digital watches potentially being bricked from firmware). I shouldn’t have to say this but obviously it doesn’t come out of the box charged and working - you need to leave it by a window or something for a day. After that, it will always work so long as you wear it outside every so often. The battery life is claimed to be 2 months but I’m not about to leave it in a closet for 2 months to test this. This is a newer model than the version I’d been trying to buy and it appears to have a more readable face as well as luminescent watch hands which are helpful for telling the time in the dark. It’s also nearly silent so ticking won’t be an issue. My only complaint is the watchband. It’s a serviceable quick release band, but it’s a bit on the short side and I wanted something of higher quality so I replaced it with a Hirsch 120mm/100mm watchband that actually fits and is altogether nicer than the out of the box band.

The simplest watch there is
Color: Khaki/Black, Color: Khaki/Black
I have a 7-inch wrist and I would like to think that it's the average size (judging from the pictures I have seen from other reviews.) The watch came in from Amazon with zero charge so I charged it for about an hour using a solar watch charger and that brought it back to life. I found that you could charge a solar watch from empty to full in about 5 hours. What I like about this watch is that it fits and feels right on my wrist, is not ostentatious, not flashy, and doesn't crave for attention. You could read the time very well outdoors and even indoors. Even in the dark, the lume is laid-back, but you could still tell the time from the triangular hour markers and the hour and minute hands of the watch. I also like that it has a screw-down case back. I like to tinker with my gadgets and a screw-down case back allows me easy access to the battery when it's time to be replaced. It's also solar-powered, has a 4-month power reserve, an easy-to-operate crown, and has sapphire crystal to boot! Fun fact: I found out recently that they made these watches in Timex's watch factory in Cebu, Philippines. By purchasing it from Amazon, it actually did a return trip back here in the Philippines! Update after a month's use: I changed the strap with a black NATO one and it looks even better with the matte finish of the case. The charge appears to remain strong. I'll probably notice the weird erratic second hand movement (the watch does this when the charge is about to drain) after 4 months. Until then, it's not time for a recharge.

Great specs but not much else.
Color: Khaki/Black, Color: Khaki/Black
The 36mm form factor wears small. Even on my 6-7/8" wrist. It could be that I've gotten used to the more modern 40-42mm case diameters on my other watches. Or that the 12mm thickness compared to its slender diameter gives it an odd proportion that makes the watch appear a bit smaller than it already is. But either way, it does feel small on the wrist. So if you havent tried this one on in person, be prepared for that. If you have very small wrists or prefer the aesthetic of smaller watches, then this size will be great for you. The value of this watch is difficult to pin down. In one sense, well the specs speak for themselves. And Timex has a proven history of reliabilty. But I ranked "value for money" at 3 stars, because at the end of the day you're paying $170 for a Timex. Something about that feels... weird. Timex doesnt have quite the heritage or prestige of say Citizen or Seiko - or heck even Casio for that matter. Its just a very difficult price to justify for a Timex field watch despite the great specs. I hoped in person the dial and hands would be at least slightly more impressive than they appear in the stock photos. But, no they are just as flat and blasé as in the stock photos. If you're looking for a no-nonsense solar field watch with all the specs this watch has and in this smaller 36mm case diameter, there are very few options out there. Especially under $200 (which is why I purchased it). So in that regard, I suppose its worth it. But at this price point I would like to feel a little more proud of whats on my wrist, in terms of aesthetics and design. And I dont really get that with this watch. I even think the regular quartz version of the the Timex Expedition at around $40-50 has more wrist appeal than this watch. I do like the style of the syringe shaped hands, generally speaking. But keep in mind that a Hamilton this is not. There isnt really the level of detail put into the design to dazzle the eye. Kind of a shame really because with these specs, this watch had a lot of potential to be a classic. Havent decided if Im going to keep it or send it back.

Best watch I've ever owned in my 60yrs
Color: Brown
I purchased this 36mm Expedition North Solar Field watch about one month ago, for roughly $150, and I couldn't be more impressed. When I took it out of the box the first week of January, it had no charge...because it was in a dark box in freezing temperatures. No problem, I shined light from a regular 500 lumen rechargeable flashlight on the watch face and the second hand started to move, erratically at first, but within a minute it was moving normally. I set up the flashlight 3 inches from the watch face and left it on for 3 hours, and it has been keeping perfect time ever since. I do physical labor and this watch looks just as good as it did when I got it a month ago. The low profile keeps you from banging the watch on everything you walk past, or reach for, and the black watch face contrasting with the white numbers and near white dials, makes it very easy to tell the time at night. Also, in the past I had owned quite a few expensive watches, however, my last watch was a Timex Indiglo that I put a Shell Cordovan band on, and the real leather band that comes with this watch is more comfortable than the shell cordovan. I only own 1 watch and wear my watch continuously, only taking it off when I shower, so I feel after a month I have a pretty good read on what this watch is. It is a very tough, reliable, and comfortable watch that I will be wearing for many years to come. In my opinion, the best value for a field watch on the market.
