MEYLE guarantee explicitly assured properties and freedom from defects in accordance with the state- of-the-art. The guarantee period for MEYLE products is 24 months, commencing with the installation of the product by our customer. If, however, a material or manufacturing defect should occur, MEYLE will replace the defective MEYLE product free of charge anytime during the 48 month guarantee period.

Under certain special circumstances MEYLE may also offer assistance for labor or partial labor reimbursement when additional components are damaged due to the failure of a MEYLE product. These circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. Complaints of this nature must be communicated in writing within a period of 30 days of such occurrence and be accompanied by complete detailed documentation.
