It is well known that Charcoal and Tea Tree are a dream team, particularly for oily or acne prone skin. With both anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, tea tree oil is thought to reduce redness. It is touted for its ability to regular sebum production by binding to the natural oils in sebaceous glands. Because of this ability, people often report clearer and less visible pores with regular use. Activate charcoal is also known to draw out impurities from the skin, so the two work in tandem very well. This soap is also given a hefty dose of French green clay and concentrated aloe vera extract to boost its cleansing and soothing powers.

Formulated with ingredients that are sustainably-sourced, cruelty-free, and gentle enough for use on sensitive skin, each of our soaps is handmade in Humble, Texas.

*Note: Though many of our clients have mentioned they use this bar with great success on their faces, it is still recommended you air on the side of caution if you have very sensitive skin. Do not get around the eye area with any of our soaps, as they do not have the chemicals that would make them "tear-free."
