Also included are extensions for a simple plug & play installation. High quality laser cut header flanges provides superior sealing at the head surface. Machined flanges and USA made stainless v-band clamps provide a simple to install leak free joint between the headers and X-pipe. A direct bolt-on system which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation. This system is constructed of mandrel bent, stainless steel brushed tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking. This system includes dual, hi-flow, 200 CPSI, stainless steel catalytic converters for maximum flow and performance. aFe PFADT Series Headers & X-Pipes are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility. A helpful guide from start to finish

I like how user-friendly this book is! Anyone that is in a leadership position can learn a lot from this book. Anyone in charge of heading up a specific project will really benefit from this book’s teachings. There are a ton of visual charts, diagrams, and illustrations throughout the book with relevant examples to help you navigate your plan. The book starts out with the planning phase of the project and walks you through how to implement goals, how to stay on track when changes come up, how to close out projects in phases, and so much more! Also noteworthy is the helpful summary at the end of each chapter making this a resource you can quickly come back to and reference as you take on your project!

Scrum Masters might not agree
Format: Kindle
You'll recognize much of the content, in line and in harmony with the PMBOK.
Lots of descriptions with bullet points for tools and techniques useful to the project manager.
Very happy to see the Reference section with working links for further study.
Would recommend as a textbook, but 1) the treatment of Agile and 2) the artificial "versus" of Kanban vs Scrum is a bit unfair, and the latter is rarely true. Kanban makes the process visible; Scrum makes it hum.
Despite what the author says in the Other Methodologies section:
* Scrum masters are not project managers
* The Scrum master does not "manage" the team; the team is self-managing and self-organizing
* Scrum masters do not supervise anything. They are knowledgeable facilitators and obstacle removers.
An index would be helpful and would add to the overall value as a reference book.

This a an excellent comprehensive text that would be an asset to any project manager.
Format: Kindle
This is the best project management book I have read in many years. It is structured in a comprehensive and clear format that allows the reader to follow the author. The author has also provided clarity on different methods of project management that can be used to manage a variety of projects with examples of how each method can be applied. In addition to the knowledge of project management and excellent examples of how each method can be applied the author has provided keynotes to other references a reader can seek out for additional reading. This is an excellent text that I wish had been available to me years ago. 👍🏻

Become a Project Management Pro

This book is all about the ins and outs of managing a project from start to finish, and it's broken down so it's easy to understand. The practical examples helped me understand the concepts, and I've been using the tips at work, making my projects run smoother than ever. I especially appreciated the step-by-step guide to implementing these principles.
