Rice maltodextrin, live active bacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus)

Vegan Yogurt Starter Allergen Information

Manufactured in a facility that also produces products containing soy and dairy.

May contain trace amounts of gluten: Barley source is used as a fermentation nutrient.

Contains soy: Soybeans are used as a fermentation nutrients.

Non-GMO

HOW TO STORE YOUR STARTER CULTURE

Store the starter culture in the refrigerator or freezer until you’re ready to activate it. Use the starter culture by the date on the bag.

Calcium Water (Optional–Recommended if using a Non-Dairy Milk other than Soy)

Stainless Steel Pot that can hold a little over 2 Quarts with Lid (avoid aluminum)

Sink OR Large Container Filled with Ice Water (Optional)
