Dry brushing is an ancient healing modality that comes from Ayurveda and Chinese Traditional Medicine. In Ayurveda it is called “Garshana" a ritual to stimulate circulation and drainage along the lymphatic system and to exfoliate and energize the skin and body. The traditional method is to brush in the direction of your lymphatic system, on dry skin, ideally before a shower. When to dry brush: Dry brushing is energizing so it is best in the morning before a shower so you can rinse off any spent skin cells afterwards. It should only take a few minutes ~
How to dry brush: Use gentle but energizing repetitive strokes, and use these gorgeous prints by Kreh Mellick as a guide for which directions to brush (a great reminder to hang on your bathroom wall :) Avoid any sensitive and inflamed areas and remember, harsh exfoliation is not the goal, be gentle with yourself :) Your face is extra delicate, so be extra gentle or skip completely!
After brushing: Hop in the shower and rinse. For extra energy and bliss, try two minutes of very cold water at the end, making sure to take deep breaths and stay calm.
Dry brush care: Keep your brush dry, if you decide to take it in the bath or shower, allow it to dry completely and store it outside of the shower. Periodically wash your brush with warm soapy water.
Use dry brushing as a simple daily act of care, and try dry brushing your loved ones as well, they will love it :)

My mileage on my 2021 Honda CRV dropped 4 miles /gallon with this air filter.

My mileage on my 2021 Honda CRV dropped 4 miles /gallon with this air filter. It did fit well and was easy to install, but then I watched my average around town mileage drop from 29-31mpg to 26-27 mpg thru 2 tank fillups. The Honda repair person said this filter looked like the Honda one and was surprised when we wanted to switch it out. Granted, it looked just like the Honda filter, but the folds on the Honda one are yellowish and I have to think there has to be some difference in the texture. The average mileage went back up within 10 miles of replacing it and 3 fill ups later it has continuously maintained its original average of 29-31 with the Honda filter.

Excellent Honda Alternative

I try to get everything and to keep everything as a manufacturer original on a car as possible. I will say that this filter is just as good as the Honda. The installation was very simple, you just need a screw driver to unscrew the 4 screws in the air box and this sits right in. The engine ran better and immediately got so much better MPG. I did not notice the engine struggling for air at all, if anything the car ran better. The fitment was the same size and just as good as the Honda.
P.S Don't be like me. Don't hesitate to buy it. You'll love it. No questions asked!

Perfect it for my 2022 Honda CRV

According to the Honda dealership, my 2022 Honda CR-V needed a replacement air filter. I watched a few YouTube videos to see how difficult the installation would be, and it looked quite simple.
I researched online and found the Ecogard Premium Air Filter on Amazon, which had very good reviews.
As a woman with no mechanical experience, I was surprised to find that it took me less than 10 minutes to install the new filter. It fit perfectly, and I saved money by purchasing it from Amazon and doing the installation myself. The Honda dealer would have charged me over $100 just for the installation.
I highly recommend the Ecogard Premium Air Filter for a 2022 Honda CR-V.
