The vineyard's clay limestone soils with deeper topsoil than neighboring Clos de la Roche yield 45+ year old Pinot Noir of distinctive purity and restraint.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with only around 900 bottles produced annually.
