Made in the USA, these 2" I. D. high travel springs are manufactured from specially designed high tensile, chrome silicon alloy spring wire, which allows them to have fewer coils and a smaller wire diameter. As a result, these springs are lighter and have increased travel due to the larger distance between the coils.

Available in 7", 9", 10", 12", 14" and 16" lengths, QA1 offers an assortment of high travel springs with a silver powder coated finish. Made in the USA, these 2" I.D. high travel springs are manufactured from specially designed high-tensile, chrome silicon alloy spring wire, which allows them to have fewer coils and a smaller wire diameter. As a result, these springs are lighter and have increased travel due to the larger distance between the coils. These lighter springs reduce unsprung weight and react faster, optimizing suspension performance. In addition, this high-grade material, along with careful heat-treating and post-processing, allows for greatly improved fatigue life, and the coil design allows the springs to be compressed to coil-bind without affecting spring rate or free height. These new high travel springs are silver powder coated and ground at both ends for straight, consistent and accurate operations. In addition, all QA1 springs are lifetime guaranteed to remain within 2% of the original free height and rate under normal operating conditions. Chrome Silicon Steel, All QA1 springs are manufactured using the highest quality materials for high strength, consistency and long life. Cold Wound - Heat Treated - Shot Peened, All QA1 springs go through intensive manufacturing processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and durability. Squared Ends, All QA1 springs are ground at both ends to ensure straight, consistent and accurate operation. Lengths and Rates Marked, All QA1 springs are clearly marked with the free length of the spring and spring rate for quick and easy identification. SOLID unit and woth the price!
I can't speak for anyone but me, but this is my opinion of this product. I travel a lot. I recently went on a trip to the Mediterranean, (Italy, Spain, France), and needed a new adapter. I'm a computer engineer so I needed something that could handle a MacBook Pro, A windows gaming laptop, Bluetooth headphones, an iPad and 2 phones, (all at the same time). This handled all that with no issues. This would have earned it 4 stars because it's supposed to handle multiple items. The extra star is the fact that it is heavy enough to stay where you place it, has a good cord length, and a nice plug selection. Mine was the 2 prong (Mediterranean)base prong with a U.S 2 prong and a 3 prong version for England, Ireland ETC. The U.S and Brit version fit together like Legos and both fit snugly on the Med prongs. I have used the Med version for 14 constant days with no issues or heating problems. I'm on day 4 in the states and no issues. I can't speak on the Brit adapter yet, but I see no reason this would change. It also has a USB-C slot, in addition to 4 USB slots and the 3 pronged slots for laptops ETC. Please keep in mind, that this is JUST an adapter, it does NOT convert voltages. It's not supposed to.

Brilliant for travelers. Makes life so easy
As travelers know, most hotels in Europe tend to be older (bonus for 100+ years) and may have a single outlet in the room. I looked for something like this IN Europe to no avail. Perfect 220V Power Extender
Used this on a recent European trip and it worked perfectly, providing me with the extra outlets I needed to power my PC, multiple chargers and phones. European pin connection with US outlets and USBs. If you are planning to go to a country with 220V, don't expect to use a 110V extender with a plug connector - it may well burn out (though most electronics will work fine when connected to 220 via their chargers and power supplies). So this thing is absolutely amazing for travel. The extension cord is a great length. The usb ports are secure and snug and it really works very well, it's by FAR my favorite adapter to travel with. I do have one nitpick - the photos clearly show it charging a macbook and yes, it can but not with a straight cable you still need to plug in the macbook power brick to it. I was hoping to avoid that but this adapter does not have enough wattage to charge a macbook without the brick. I included two photos showing the difference in wattage between this and an macbook power brick.
