Hand-dyed cotton is a top best-seller and one of our flagship products. These cotton yarns are carefully and lovingly dyed by hand and come in small batches (which make them so elusive!)  

4ply hand-dyed cotton is equivalent to size 1 fingering weight yarn ideally used along with a 2.25mm to 3.50mm crochet hook, or knitting needles between 2.25mm to 3.25mm. 

Each cake is 250 grams and approximately 1000 yards long. 

Since these yarns are not commercially dyed, they have to be wash with proper care to avoid fading and/or color bleeding and transfer. 

1. Avoid bleach and alcohol at all costs 

2. Wash with mild detergent (Ariel powder has tested alright with normal handwash) 

3. Store AWAY from sunlight as the sun may cause products to fade and bleach (if you don't believe me, you should see my hair!) 

4. Dry FLAT and away from sunlight to avoid item distortion and color fading.
