The smaller vats hold 30 lb. of oil each, 40% less than standard fryers, and can still hold either 1 full basket or 2 half baskets (sold separately), leading to reduced oil consumption and costs. Plus, the sensor-activated Oil Guardian with automatic top-off monitors and replenishes oil levels automatically! The built-in Smart Touch filtration even allows for individual vat filtering at the push of a button so that you can continue cooking in one vat while the other vat filters.

Made with heavy-duty stainless steel vats, this rugged design is reliable for around-the-clock operation and can be cleaned easier. For further convenience, the device is supported by 4 heavy-duty casters, 2 of which are locking, for cleaning around the device when not in use.
