Care:
To minimize your environmental footprint wipe off stains with a damp cloth then leave to air dry.
Machine wash in 40 C on a gentle cycle with an eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls until completely dry to restore loft and evenly distribute the down. Make sure the blanket is fully dry before use or storage.

Excellent presentation of the rationale and the underlying theory behind the approach. I particularly like the presentation of the first six sessions. However, I did not endorse this with 5 stars because I believe that the solution-focused approach does not go far enough for some couples and that they need some more structured interventions for managing conflict, such as those presented in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
