Directions for Use
Fast Cooling
Apply a thick layer of Cavalor Ice Clay to the legs or tendons after exercise and allow it to dry completely. Once dry, remove with a hard brush or rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Slow Cooling
Apply a thick layer of Cavalor Ice Clay to the legs or tendons. Cover with wet paper and apply a bandage over the top. This slows the cooling process and creates a warm, moist compress effect.
