The Carl’s Place Back Cover Kit is designed to enhance both the performance and appearance of your C-Series Pro Simulator Enclosure. Blocking unwanted light from behind the enclosure helps improve projected image clarity while also concealing exposed framing for a clean, professional, finished look.

This Back Cover Kit is intended exclusively as an accessory for the Carl’s Place C-Series Pro Simulator Enclosure Kit and is not a standalone or full enclosure. Be sure to select the correct size to match your existing Pro Simulator Enclosure for proper fit and coverage.

Each kit includes a size-specific back cover tailored to your enclosure, along with steel fittings for assembly and a diagram with step-by-step instructions to guide installation. For the easiest setup, the Back Cover Pipe Kit for the Pro Simulator Enclosure is recommended. If not purchased, you will need to source the required EMT pipes locally.

Please note that this product does not include the golf simulator enclosure itself or any additional components required for a complete enclosure assembly.

Shipping

All products typically require 1–2 business days for processing before they are shipped. Most items, such as enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories, are delivered within 7–10 business days after processing. For custom orders, delivery times are as follows: custom enclosures and impact screens, as well as Built-In Screens, typically take 7–14 business days, while Built-In Panel Kits may take 14–21 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed. Most Carl's Place products qualify for free standard shipping; however, due to their size and weight, Built-In Panel Kits require freight shipping, with charges calculated at checkout.

Refund & Returns

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging, accessories, and components. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned items are received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom & Non-Returnable Products
Custom items—including Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Panels, and Curtains—are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have shipped. In some cases, made-to-order or custom products that have entered production but have not yet shipped may still be canceled, though a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of all items you wish to return. All return requests must be approved by the manufacturer before proceeding. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions and the appropriate return address. Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and pass inspection.

Order Cancellations
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs in addition to the 3% processing fee.

Warranty

• Defects: Carl's Place guarantees its kits to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase.
• Coverage Limitations: The warranty does not cover parts damaged by use, modification, or normal wear and tear. Liability is limited to the original cost of the purchased kit.
• Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, you should contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase.
• It is recommended to inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery and contact us immediately if any issues are found.
