New Ali Top Nose for use with 7-8mm laminate to a carpeted stair. The Ali Top Nose uses a base material of aluminium for a high-quality installation. Use in conjunction with our Easyshims, the carpet on the riser can be adhered for a secure fix (detail below). This continues the waterfall look of the carpet on the steps below. 7-8mm Laminate can be used with 2mm underlay or use 2mm MDF spacers (supplied) for thicker underlay systems. Stairrods Ali Top Nose Flooring Trim is Pre-drilled and countersunk at 150mm (6”) centres and supplied with Spax-M self drilling screws (do not pre-drill). Requires a T20 star bit.
