Easily tapered and holds well in cleats Marlow Excel Racing is a great all-around rope ideal for stripped halyards and spin sheets due to its easily identifiable solid colour cover and colour-matched ArmourCoat core. This one was packaged nicer too. Still in a bag, but folded nicely enough to wear right away. I’m planning on buying more colors.
