It has a trouser look to it with the front zip, side button and front slit, almost like wide, crop culottes. It's made of a very substantial weight wool tweed that just hangs and drapes like a dream. It is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. Although it is listed as a size 12, I would call this a size Small going by the waist and hip measurements.
