They work well for small, shallow wounds and stay on even where skin moves a lot like on the brows or shoulder. Also because of the tapered edges, they are not very noticeable. I've never had any luck wearing makeup over any patches these included and suspect makeup works better over 8m ones, but I have managed to dot a little concealer over eyeshadow primer in the center of these patches with some success.
