Discover the striking parallels between two iconic photographers in 'America and Other Myths'. This beautifully crafted book presents the groundbreaking projects of Robert Frank and Todd Webb, who both captured mid-twentieth-century American culture through their lenses in 1955. Frank's celebrated work, 'The Americans', is famed for its raw and grainy depictions of the American landscape, highways, and everyday life — revealing stark social inequalities. In contrast, Todd Webb’s meticulous craft was focused on portraying the unique quirks of Americana as he walked across the country in search of fading traditions and new beginnings. This illuminating compilation features over one hundred stunning photographs, showcasing a compelling dialogue between the two artists. In this first-of-its-kind publication, readers will explore the impact of the road trip on American identity, the contrasting receptions of Frank’s and Webb’s works, and the intricate storytelling woven into each image. Perfect for photography lovers, art historians, and anyone interested in the evolution of American culture, 'America and Other Myths' serves as an essential resource for understanding the nuances of American life. Published by Yale University Press in collaboration with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, this book is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts. Dive into the soul of America through the eyes of two visionary artists, and celebrate the rich tapestry of stories that define our national identity.Shipping Notes

I wouldn’t call it a ribbed shirt if it’s almost see through
Size: Medium, Color: Black
Cheap thin looking fabric returned it

Runs large with gaping arm holes.
Size: Large, Color: White
This runs extra large and the arm holes are gaping. You can see your undergarments through the arm holes. I am hoping that the shirt shrinks in the wash.

Fantastically Awesome!
Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 12, Color: Black
They are spectacular! Very nice quality and I love how they fit. Got the black and ice blue. Having read the reviews, I did go ahead and sized up 2 sizes and it worked perfectly. That is the only con in these jeans, they run at least 2 sizes too small. But, being 100% cotton, I expect that they will shrink down to pretty close my normal size. (I like jeans loose, so it's all good.) Got the cropped ones and I just love them. They are normal length now (because I am short), but after drying, I think they will end up at top of my ankle, and that is cool. The fabric is on the heavy side, but I expected them to be much heavier than what I got. I have a pair of Lee wide leg jeans, and they are much heavier than these. I hope that helps someone in terms of comparison. But overall, these jeans are fantastically awesome - and on sale too boot!! Buy them. They are very wonderful. ❤️

Insanely great jeans for the price!
Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 12, Color: Medium Blue Vintage
I’m obsessed with these jeans. They’re comfortable and I think they legitimately look great. I had a baby 6 months ago and my body is “in transition” so I didn’t want to buy anything too expensive. These are cute, fit well, good quality. Excellent for short girls - I’m 5’ tall and they’re exactly the right length for a full-length jean.
I feel like they’re fashionable without being too trendy (they work for 30somethings as well as 20somethings). They’re nice thick cotton with very little stretch. Because of that I’d be conservative with sizing because they do stretch significantly when you wear them.
I got these in the lighter blue, too. The darker wash is slightly smaller and I wound up liking the color better, too. But the light wash is nice.

Excellant value
Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 14, Color: Rinse, Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 14, Color: Rinse
Purchased the “cropped” length. I am 5ft 3.5 inch. Weight 170lbs (42 inch hip/38 inch waist) normally wear a size 10/12 or 31 in jeans, depending on the brand. I ordered up at 14 for these based on other reviewers. (When held up to other jeans they were the same as a Talbots 10 at the waist)
Prewash they felt good, a little big& length hit at the top of my foot. After wash and dry, the fit was almost perfect and the length was at lower ankle. Ordering up is probably the right choice, although I think I could have been comfortable in a 12 (with no drying). They are a tad bit too long for a “cropped” look IMO. The wide leg is a true wide leg and falls straight from the waist. The material is heavy and there is almost no give/stretch - so a traditional denim. This is the dark blue and it is a true dark blue. You can’t beat the price, excellent value.
