The Pilot Pen Olfa RTY-2/G rotary cutter with a 45 mm blade is a deluxe rotary cutter designed for accurately and efficiently cutting fabric into shapes and strips. Its sharp blade easily slices through thin and thick pieces of fabric, making it ideal for multi-layer and gentle curve cutting as well as sewing, quilting and craft. The cutter incorporates an ergonomic handle, which helps to reduce hand and wrist fatigue when performing lengthy tasks, and features a dual-action safety mechanism. It is designed to accommodate both right and left-handed users. The design of the Pilot Pen Olfa RTY-2/G rotary cutter with a 45 mm blade stems from the invention of the world’s first snap-off blade cutter by Yoshio Okada in 1956. Okada, the founder of Olfa Corporation, was inspired to create this incredibly useful tool after breaking off segments of chocolate bars and analysing the sharp edges of broken glass. The snap-off blade cutter has since become a bestseller across the world and is commonly referred to as an “Olfa cutter”. The length, width and angle of the blade, established by Okada, have also become the worldwide standard for the snap-off blade. I think I’ve purchased six copies.

It’s just that good. I purchased this book for myself and was so blessed by it that I began buying it for the other moms in my life that I love so much! I have paced the floors of my home while my children are at school and husband at work, praying these prayers over my family. I have read these prayers through tears, joyful and sorrowful. Of all the books that line the shelves in my home, this is the one I reach for most often. It gives me words when I don’t have them, and is a pull to draw close to God as I parent my children and care for my family. I cannot recommend it enough!!

My go to for support and encouragement (for myself and others)

In this season of life (specifically with littles) it is hard to form the words, find the space, and have the energy to pray. I have found myself borrowing the words of others who so beautifully articulate how I am thinking and feeling (specifically Kayla and this book!).
This book has also been a go-to when looking for encouragement for other moms as well. I appreciate the specific prayers and liturgies for big events we all go through (first day of pre school for example) and have sent prayers to other mamas as a way to comfort, encourage, and let them know they aren't alone. Thank you Kayla for your Spirit led words that I can borrow and meditate on and use to help shine light in this world. You are a gift!
