I would call this a true Small / Medium. I'm quite small framed and have a very small chest, so I've left quite a bit of room in the halter for a fuller bust and frame. Each piece can be altered down in size if needed by your local tailor. I've closed the back of the haltar with heavy snap buttons for this reason. This will give you more alteration flexibility.

This item is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition with new construction additions.
