Cranky Pants Iced Herbal Elixir

One of my favorite mock-tail recipes! Perfect for hot days or when you need a cooling, mood-boosting drink.

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons Cranky Pants Herbal Tea Blend
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 teaspoon raw honey (or your favorite sweetener)
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 3 Fresh mint leaves
• Ice cubes
• A splash of sparkling water for added fizz

Instructions:

1. Steep 2 teaspoons of Cranky Pants Herbal Tea Blend in 1 cup of hot water for 5-6 minutes. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
2. Stir in raw honey until dissolved, and add the juice of half a lemon.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled tea over the ice leaving about 1/4 of the cup space open. 
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.
5. Fill the rest of the cup with sparkling water just before serving.
