This particular lot, La Falda, is grown at an altitude of 1,750 meters above sea level in the Garzón area of Huila. Its remarkable character is shaped by an innovative and meticulous processing method.

After careful hand-picking and 24 hours of natural fermentation, the coffee undergoes a unique drying phase known as “Floral Drying.” For approximately three weeks, the beans are dried in direct contact with aromatic orange blossoms (azahar flowers). This rare technique enhances the coffee with delicate floral layers and remarkable aromatic elegance.
