Houzer PGS-3122-1-C Premiere Gourmet Series top mount single bowl kitchen sink is designed to look beautiful even in the face of the biggest jobs. Clean lines, polished curves, and maximum capacity for the biggest jobs. Additional features include heavy 18 gauge T-304 stainless steel, One faucet hole, flawless lustrous satin finish with a highlighted rim, and StoneGuard undercoating over the Super Silencer pad that helps reduce the clattering sound of washing dishes. The sink is supplied with mounting clips, a template, and instructions. Meets ASME 100.19.3-2000, UPC standards and is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Only flaw is that it is a bit too thick. 8/10. -Chocolate Caramel: not a perfect 50/50 blend, tastes more like a 70/30 blend in favor of caramel. Consistency is perfect, just the right thickness. 7/10. -White Chocolate: doesn't taste like WC whatsoever. It tastes like sickly sweet birthday cake icing in liquid form. Worst of all it is runny with no thcikness. 4/10.

The product description says it’s designed to prevent mess with stable low-RPM operation, and that’s true if you stay on the lower settings—but once you ramp it up, you really need to keep the whisk fully submerged or start slow, or it can send milk flying out of the container
