Join us for an engaging workshop on BDSM with a focus on flogging. We will explore essential principles of impact play, including consent, safety, and communication. Participants will see demos, learn various flogging techniques, types of floggers, and how to incorporate flogging into their practice while ensuring a respectful and safe environment. We ’ll also touch on aftercare and the emotional dynamics involved, making this workshop suitable for both novices and those looking to refine their skills.
$40 per couple (Couple simply meaning any individual/partner/friend you feel comfortable learning with in a group setting) - all genders/orientations/relationship types are welcome

What to wear/bring Wear comfortable clothing If you have floggers or paddles from home that you want to practice with, bring them! Bring your partner, an open mind and willingness to explore and negotiate what you want to get out of the experience, together. Flogging and impact play can create a beautiful container for foreplay and intimate connection, if you are looking for something new to try, this is the workshop for you!
About your facilitator: Maria Von Strop is a local performer, entrepreneur, licensed somatic bodyworker,coach and self proclaimed hedonist and kinkster. She does not consider herself the ultimate expert on flogging or bdsm, but has practiced both for over a decade. Maria enjoys facilitating and creating thoughtful spaces for people to explore intimate and sensory experiences while providing educational resources and support where applicable. Maria will be joined by demonstration volunteer and close friend, Beau Jasso. Mr. Jasso is a first responder and licensed bodyworker. Beau is an experienced receiver of flogging and impact play. They look forward to demonstrating techniques and facilitating creative learning in a safe and supportive space, open to all.
