Malabrigo - Verano

Verano is made of 100% Pima Cotton which is known for its softness, strength, and shine. Verano is perfect for both spring, summer and early fall weather. Verano was a fun addition for Malabrigo because different techniques and different dyes were used to achieve the same bright, intense colors you expect.  Hypoallergenic and great for children's toys and garments.

Great for: Accessories, garments, baby and kids items, housewares, toys, cables, textured stitches, color-work.  Perfect for knit and crochet projects.

When Malabrigo dyes the yarn, the same formula is used each time but every batch of yarn may vary. The differences from one dye lot to another can be very subtle, or extremely noticeable, specially on variegated yarns. After our quality control team checks the skeins, they go to the labeling section and then are put in lots of five. 

Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project since each bag is a different dye lot, and skeins may vary one from the other even within the same lot. To ensure random color distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.

GAUGE: 4.5-5.5 sts per inch / 2.5cm
CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Hand wash in cold water, gently squeeze out extra water by rolling in towel.  Dry flat.

Colors:

Cotton Candy - pink with variegations and speckles of fuchsia, red, and darker shades of pink
Fall - beige base speckled with hunter green, lime green, yellow, orange, blue, and ochre
Mixed Berries - pink with variegations and speckles of blue, purple, red, and dark pink
Winsome - light blue with variegations of lavender, purple & medium green

A note on Special Order Colors: You may select any current color from the Malabrigo catalog.  Yarn Loop will verify its availability (some colors are backordered from the manufacturer) and the estimated arrival date via email.  If an item is backordered, you will have the option to receive a full refund or to wait for the item.  There is no upcharge on Special Order colors.
