It all started for Mike Watt in San Pedro, California. That’s where he met D. Boon and George Hurley – who would later form The Minutemen – a band that would inspire legions. Watt went on to form fIREHOSE and to play bass for punk royalty, The Stooges, as well as hundreds of solo projects with musicians around the world. The Reverend Mike Watt Signature Wattplower is the result of a four-year exploratory between Watt and Reverend to produce a bass guitar with the perfect balance of sonic explosiveness, supreme playability, and ultimately looks uniquely Watt. The 30” scale and size along with touches like the Luminlay dots on the side of the neck are perfect for any player used to dark stages and long sets. The bridge is Hipshot A Style Brass for great intonation and lots of sustain. And, because it’s Watt, there’s an anchor inlay at the first fret and “Wattplower” on the seventeenth. Great quality cutting boards set
This set of cutting boards is very well made and looks beautiful in the kitchen. The wood is sturdy, smooth, and easy to clean. I really like that it comes in different sizes, which makes it convenient for preparing vegetables, meat, and cheese separately. They are not too heavy but feel durable and long-lasting. They also look nice enough to use for serving snacks or appetizers. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Oil them often
Beautiful boards. Wish the charcuterie side had more sections in the smaller boards. Be prepared to oil them often or the cut marks show quite a bit.

Just what I expected
Been using these for about a month now. I will say they do scratch very easily. My knives suck, and first use you can see every scratch. I don’t really mind because I feel like that’s expected with wooden cutting boards.
They look pretty, sit pretty, and haven’t split or warped on me yet. They have a good weight to them as well. I imagine you will have some upkeep such as using oil/board butter but I haven’t gotten to that point yet.
