Ingredients per serving: Raw, organic, freeze-dried milk thistle seed 1632 mg, Organic beet root and leaf juice 680 mg, wildcrafted dandelion whole plant 255 mg, organic turmeric root 340 mg, organic nettle leaf 238 mg, organic cinnamon bark  170 mg, organic burdock root 85 mg.

Suggested Use: 1 tbs of freeze-dried powder = 4 tbs of fresh herbs. Fill a container with 8 oz water or juice. Add 2 scoops of powder and shake well. Drink and enjoy one to three times per day.
